1. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process: To confirm your booking, a deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the event before the event begins.

Payments: Payments can be made through credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.

Rescheduling: In the event of an unforeseen situation, clients may reschedule the booking up to 7 days prior to the event date. Any rescheduling requests after this period may incur additional fees.
2. Event Setup and Breakdown

Setup Time: We require at least 1 hour for setup before the event starts. The setup time is included in your total booking time.

Access and Space: The client is responsible for providing an adequate, safe, and accessible space for the photo booth. If the event location is difficult to access, additional fees may apply.

Electrical Requirements: A standard electrical outlet (110V outlet) is required for the operation of the photo booth.
3. Photo Booth Usage

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring that guests follow all photo booth rules, including proper use of the booth and respect for equipment.

Content and Conduct: The client agrees not to use the photo booth for illegal or inappropriate purposes. Paradise 360 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior.

Content Ownership: All photos/videos captured during the event are the property of Paradise 360, but the client will receive a digital copy via email or a private online gallery for personal use.
4. Liabilities and Insurance

Damage to Equipment: The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by guests or other individuals during the event. Any damage costs will be billed to the client.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise 360 from any liability, loss, or damages arising from the use of the photo booth, including injuries to guests or damage to property.

Force Majeure: Paradise 360 is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of government.
5. Privacy and Data

Data Collection: Any personal data collected during the event (e.g., names, emails) will be used for communication purposes related to the event only. Paradise 360 will not share or sell any personal data to third parties.

Photo/Video Usage: By using the photo booth, the client agrees that photos/videos captured at the event may be used in promotional materials, social media, or for marketing purposes. The client may opt-out by notifying us in writing before the event.
6. Event Changes

Weather: In case of an outdoor event, the client is responsible for providing an alternative indoor location in case of inclement weather.

Other Modifications: Any changes to the original agreement, including time extensions or additional services, must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
7. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court in St. Louis City.
